Our PDA Integration tool allows upload and download of data between cell phone equipped PDA’s and your home office WiseBrick data base. This allows the field to see the latest project schedule, update that schedule from the field, and hit one button to instantly transmit information to the home office using the cell phone that is build into the PDA..

For example, the Superintendent sees that the electrician is scheduled to complete his work on the Acme contract at 3 PM. He inspects the job, notes the completion with any comments and notes in his PDA and immediately synchronizes his updated progress schedule with the home office. The project schedule is automatically updated and the check for the electrician is released for posting and printing. Likewise, if the work is not completed, the home office is also notified and the electrician can be tracked down by the home office while the superintendent continues with his next task.

An example of the Project Schedule in WiseBrick is shown here. The schedule is flagged as ‘completed’ by simply clicking on the appropriate box and comments can be entered below. This same process is presented on the PDA in a condensed manner with the same one-click update feature.
