FIELD MANAGEMENT

A complete package of customizable features for field personnel
allows for timely job completion, improved project performance, and
enhanced profitability. Using the latest technology tools - the
Internet and PDAs - your team members will be able to send and
receive information any time and from anywhere.

Field staff will especially benefit from assistance with:

Scheduling. Activities and dates are entered; WiseBrick plots the
most efficient way to complete a job by illustrating the order in
which activities must be completed. You'll be able to view a full
list of a project's vendors, job status, and dollars spent to date.

Project Budgeting. Field staff will be able to access project
information as they need it, instead of asking accounting staff to
take time to gather information or answer questions.

E-Document Control. No more drowning in paperwork. Easy electronic
exchange between field staff, accounting and the front office means
everyone gets the same information at the same time, boosting
efficiency and accuracy. Job notes from the field, for example, can
be immediately updated on the internet via a cell phone equipped PDA
and accessed through designated pass codes by any sub contractor,
employee or customer.

Equipment Allocation. Get up-to-date information on every piece of
equipment you have: when it's due for service, how much has been
spent on repairs, how many hours have been posted to jobs, etc.
You'll know how profitable each piece of equipment really is, meaning
smarter owning vs. renting decisions.

PDA integration capabilities allow the field superintendant to download
accurate project schedules and upload actual results from the field instantly

ACCOUNTING

Accounting software made specifically for the construction industry
provides seamless integration among every aspect of your business.
All financial data is combined and simplified to give you the bottom
line at a glance; plus, you'll manage customers better by staying on
top of details. Print statements and past due notices on a timely
basis, for example.

Purchase orders and inventory functions are linked; WiseBrick also
integrates with job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
equipment costing, service management and the general ledger.
Committed costs are charged to the appropriate job the moment a
purchase order is entered. As payments are entered against the
purchase in accounts payable, they are applied to actual material or
subcontract costs. The strong tie between all functions means
information is current everywhere.

Some of the areas in which you'll benefit:

Accounts Payable. Take total control of your company's cash flow.
Distribute invoice amounts to multiple jobs, phases, categories and
general ledger accounts. Track each subcontractor by job and bid
item. Pay vendors and subcontractors by job, due date, vendor, or
however you want. WiseBrick will alert you if actual costs are
out of line with estimates, or you receive
duplicate invoices. You'll never overpay.

Accounts Receivable. Manage customers and cash receipts easily, turn

WiseBrick tool - including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
