Internet and PDAs - your team members will be able to send and

Scheduling. Activities and dates are entered;
WiseBrick plots the
most efficient way to complete a job by illustrating the order in
which activities must be completed. You'll be able to view a full
list of a project's vendors, job status, and dollars spent to date.
Project Budgeting. Field staff will be able to
access project

ACCOUNTING
Accounting software made specifically for the construction industry
provides seamless integration among every aspect of your business.
All financial data is combined and simplified to give you the bottom
line at a glance; plus, you'll manage customers better by staying
on
top of details. Print statements and past due notices on a timely
basis, for example.
Purchase orders and inventory functions are linked; WiseBrick
also
integrates with job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
equipment costing, service management and the general ledger.
Committed costs are charged to the appropriate job the moment a
purchase order is entered. As payments are entered against the
purchase in accounts payable, they are applied to actual material
or
subcontract costs. The strong tie between all functions means
information is current everywhere.

Distribute invoice amounts to multiple jobs, phases, categories
and
general ledger accounts. Track each subcontractor by job and bid
